| Deposits and final payment to be paid into our bank account. EFT with your name. Notification of deposit within 2 days to confirm reservation. Cash deposits require an additional 1.5% of the deposit value. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| Deposits are non refundable unless alternative bookings cover income. Reimbursement rate will be based on new income recovery. Administration deduction of R 500 |

| Rules/Conditions |
| Regret No Pets. No smoking in the house. Smoking outside only and butts into provided pots. Maximum 8 people. 4 Bedroom, 8 Bed house. (Additional people will incur a cost of R500 per person, per night) Breakages to be replaced prior to departure, alternatively replacement value to be deposited into our bank account. |
