| Your 25% non refundable deposit is payable within 48 hours of acceptance of your quote. The balance is payable 10 days prior to check in. Terms and Conditions; Pet Policy and Cancellation Policy as per our website. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| Acceptance of a quote is an acceptance of our terms and conditions, pet policy and cancellation policy as per our website. Cancellation 31 days or more prior to the arrival date, 25% of the full value of the reservation will be forfeited (this is the full deposit amount paid); Cancellation made 30 - 21 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the full value of the reservation will be forfeited / payable; Cancellation made 20 -11 days prior to the arrival date, 75% of the full value of the reservation will be forfeited / payable; Cancellation made 10 days or less prior to the arrival date, or on the arrival date, 100% of the full reservation amount will be forfeited / payable. Bookings are not transferable to alternative dates. We do not refund monies, any refunds possibly due will be in the form of a credit voucher for use towards a future booking, valid for a minimum of 6 months. |
