The house consists of five spacious bedrooms, and can sleep 12 guests. Three of the rooms have Queen size beds, there is one bedroom with two three quarter beds, and one double volume bedroom with four single beds. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite, and there are two additional bathrooms, and one guest toilet. The main bedroom has an air conditioner, the rest have ceiling fans. Three of the top floor bedrooms have sliding doors leading out to the sea facing patio, and all bedrooms have breath taking sea views. There is a large top floor sea facing patio with glass balustrades, as well as an extra-large ground floor under cover sea facing veranda.

This layout lends itself to excellent sea view entertaining. At the back of the house there is a walled off entertaining area with built in braai. There are also two additional braais, one being a large Webber braai, and the other a 4- burner gas braai.

The house is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and home comforts for a well organised holiday. These include a large flat screen TV with full bouquet DSTV Explorer equipment. The large kitchen is fully equipped with sufficient crockery and cutlery, and a decent set of cooking pots. A 900mm, 5 burner gas stove, is positioned perfectly for a gourmet cooking experience. The lounge and dining areas are all open plan, with three large folding stacking doors on both sides of the house, this allows for excellent entertaining and movement between both entertaining areas. There is a large side by side fridge and deep freeze in the kitchen, as well as an additional small fridge / deep freeze in the garage. The double garage adjoins the house, and the back yard area is fully walled and gated. The driveway gate and garage door are both remote controlled with a backup battery system. The beach house also has 2 x 5000 litre water tanks installed in case of a water shortage, as well as a backup 8000 kva generator to supply power to the entire house in case of load sheading or a power outage.

There are two alarm systems fitted at the beach house, one for external coverage and one for internal protection. This allows guests to arm the external beams for perimeter protection, while at the same time having free movement throughout the entire house, and walled off entertaining area. Both alarm systems are monitored 24 hours by GP Security armed reaction services. There are 10 Hik Vision high quality security cameras installed around the property, these are positioned so as not to intrude on guest privacy, but rather to monitor movement outside the entertaining areas. Wi Fi is provided for guest convenience only, and is not to be abused by children or adults for downloading movies and other data consuming usages.

A daily maid service is provided to do cleaning, washing of dishes, and bedding. Unfortunately this does not include washing or ironing of cloths for weekend guests. A gardener comes in 3 times a week to maintain the garden, and he may be used to assist in carrying equipment to and from the beach if necessary.
