A Lovely 3 bedroom apartment, sleeps 8 persons, very spacious with 180° excellent sea view from the patio, lounge and main bedroom.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and in suite bathroom with bath a basin and a toilet. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and the third with 2 double stag bed all with its own linen. The second bathroom has a bath, a shower, a basin and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and utensils. There is a 2 plate stove with oven, a fridge / freezer and a tumble dryer. In the lounge there is a TV, DVD player and a DStv Dish just bring your own decoder.
There is a large patio facing the sea with table and chairs to relax at. A braai to enjoy a barbeque while watching the whales and dolphins playing.
One lock up garage and an under cover parking.
The apartment is very close to town and walking distance to Margate blue flag main beach and the fishing pier.
Enjoy a nice walk to the Wimpy near the apartment or the one on the main beach. There are a lot for restaurants and take away to choose from like the Eisbein Company, one you can't miss.
A lot of different golf courses to choose from. The Wild Coast Sun is only a drive away. Just outside Port Edward is a place for the coffee and cake lovers, its Beavers Creek. Around Margate there's entertainment for the whole family.
For the fisherman there's the rocks in the front where the rest of the family can see you from the patio and for those that prefer deep sea fishing Shelly beach is just around the corner, that's where it all happens.
Every Saturday there is a Mega flee market in Uvongo where you can find a lot of hand made items and much more.
Margate is the place to be, the place where it all happens, it is a place for the young and the old and this apartment is close to it all.
