| Terms Of Payment |
| Payment of a 50% deposit is required within 7 days to confirm the booking with the balance due 14 days prior to the date of arrival |
| Cancellation Policy |
| A 10% handling fee calculated on the booking value, subtracted on any deposit refund. Deposit / payments forfeited if booking is cancelled 30 days or less prior to the date of arrival. |
| Arrival & Departure Times |
| Arrival from 14h00 and Departure by 08h30 (Please note that the Chaka Terraces complex is unfortunately not wheelchair friendly - there are stairs down to the beach as well as one flight of stairs from the parking to the unit's front door.) |

| PLEASE NOTE that shorter bookings than the required 5 days are available on quote. Minimum booking value of R3600.00 Bookings by unsupervised students and/or groups of young people are not accepted. We allow a maximum of 6 occupants in our apartment (including children). There is a R100 per additional person per night supplement for occupancy exceeding 4 people (including children) No animals allowed |
