1.1. Please note that you will be liable for –
1.1.1. half of the Rental amount plus the Breakages Deposit If you give us more than 30 (thirty) days prior written notice of your cancellation prior to the Occupation Date; and
1.1.2. for the full Rental plus the Breakages Deposit if you give us less than 30 (thirty) days prior written notice or if you made the Reservation within such 30 (thirty) day period and subsequently cancel your Reservation.
1.2. We shall be entitled to cancel your Reservation with or without notice to you if you fail to pay us the full Rental amount on or before the 30 (thirty) day period referred to in clause 4.2.2, as a result whereby this Agreement shall be cancelled. We, in such instances, reserve our right to demand from you the full Rental amount plus the Breakages Deposit.
1.3. We will be entitled to deduct any amounts referred to in clauses 5.1 and/or 5.2 from any and all payments already received by us from you and to claim any shortfall from you.
1.4. Notice of cancellation must be sent to email@example.com together with a copy of your ID or passport.
1.5. Days will be calculated from our actual receipt of the notice and shall include the first day but shall exclude the last. We shall be entitled to set off the Cancellation Penalty from any and all amounts paid by you to us.

We are flexible if arranged in advance and we have no prior or post bookings where we need to prepare the house.
Terms Of Payment
We take a 50% deposit to confirm your booking.
The balance of payment as well as the refundable Breakages Deposit of R5000 is due 30 days prior to arrival.
No additional guests are allowed to stay on the property, only those stipulated on the Lease Agreement.
You are responsible for any breakages or damage to the property.
You will need to abide by the estate rules.
You need to insure your own valuable.

You hereby indemnify the Indemnified Parties against any and all claims made by the Affected Parties against the Indemnified Parties and agree to pay the costs, on an attorney and own client scale, incurred by the Indemnified Parties in defending such claims.
