Easter Holidays : 28 March - 07 April 2026 : R 3000 per night | 4 nights minimum stay 

April Long Weekend : 24 - 27 April 2026 : R 3200 per night | 2 nights minimum stay 

May Long Weekend : 01 - 03 April 2026 : R 3200 per night | 2 nights minimum stay 

June Long Weekend : 12 - 16 June 2026 : R 3200 per night | 2 nights minimum stay 

June/July Holidays : 27 June - 20 July 2026 : R 3000 per night | 4 nights minimum stay 

August Long Weekend : 07 - 10 August 2026 : R 3200 per night | 2 nights minimum stay 

Sep/Oct Holidays : 24 Sep - 05 Oct 2026 : R 3000 per night | 4 nights minimum stay 

Peak Season : 10 Dec 2026 - 10 Jan 2027 : R 5000 per night | 10 nights minimum stay 
You can't take Christmas and New Years together unless you take the whole period.

For long stays there will be a linen and towel change every 4th day 
The additional cleaning will be mandatory . 

Payment arrangement:

50% deposit secures the booking, the balance must be paid by wire transfer 14 days prior to arriving.

A refundable, key, breakages, house rules deposit of R3,000 is paid before arrival and will be refunded within 1 week of departure if all is in order, refer to house rules.

Cancellation Policy:

0-28 Days: 100% of all funds paid 

29+ Days: 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater)

In the event of premature departure, we will charge for the full value of the booking

On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, Bronze Paradise 17 will refund the applicable amount as stated above within 5 working days. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185 charge will be levied.
