R999 - per night Peak Season *Peak season includes school holidays; public holidays; also weekends in which public holidays fall on a Friday or a Monday are peak. R1299 - per night We charge a breakage deposit of R1000-00 per apartment, which is refundable, should there be no damages/claims identified. Within 7 days of you checking out, the deposit will be banked into your bank account accordingly. |

| Terms Of Payment |
| Fifty percent (half) of the total cost of accommodation (including breakage deposit) must be paid into our banking account to secure/confirm the booking and the balance must be paid at least 14 days prior to taking accommodation. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| We do not do refunds, but rather, allow you the selection of new dates for another booking based on the below: Failure to show up or cancellation within 14 days of stay – no change of date allowed. Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before stay – 25% of the total amount paid will be discounted off the total of your amended/next booking. Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before stay – 50% of the total amount paid will be discounted off the total of your next booking. Cancellation more than 60 days before stay – you will be allowed (at no additional cost) to choose an equivalent stay (same peak/off-peak days) for dates more suitable to you - subject to availability. |
