The name of the complex is BIKINI and is situated at 52A Compensation Beach Road. Bikini Number 2 is a 3 bedroom, six sleeper, Duplex self catering unit. The living area downstairs is open plan consisting of kitchen, dining area, and lounge. There are 2 bathrooms. The main en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin, while the second bathroom has a bath, toilet and basin. All 3 bedrooms have access to private balconies and have sea views.

The complex is enclosed with electronic access control, and there is an attached lock up single garage, with additional parking under trees at the top area of the complex. This complex consists of only 8 units, and can therefore be considered to be very private.

It is tastefully decorated and has a light airy feeling with a spectacular view of the beach.

There is a TV and DSTV with the Premium Package available at no extra cost. All rooms have 3 speed ceiling fans. A stainless steel braai is supplied. There is a Fridge with freezer section and a microwave. The main bedroom has a small lockup firearm safe.

The unit is not serviced. All linen is supplied, however bring your own bath and beach towels.

Bikini No 2 is 30m from a life guard controlled swimming beach, Clarke Bay. There is direct access to the main promenade walkway that extends the full length of the Ballito beachfront. 300m along this promenade is a tidal rock pool and various restaurants and shops.

In addition, the main shopping centre, Lifestyle Shopping Centre, is approximately 5km away, and this centre contains a large number of shops, restaurants and coffee shops.

Ballito is 10 min from the King Shaka International airport, and 30 min from Umhlanga and Durban is only a few minutes further than that.
