Arrival & Departure Times

• ARRIVAL TIME : 14h00 - 17h00
• DEPARTURE TIME: Before 10h00
• Late departure will be seen as an additional day of stay.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations are not secure until deposit has been paid.
• Full/Final Payment/s must be made before specified date.
• Bookings made at shorter notice must be confirmed by full payment on date as specified.
• Bookings cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of deposit will be forfeited.
• Bookings cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit will be forfeited.
• Bookings cancelled 14 days prior to arrival 75% of deposit will be forfeited.
• Bookings cancelled 10 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of deposit will be forfeited.
• Bookings will be released automatically without notification if these conditions are not met.

Terms Of Payment

• A 50% deposit is required on acceptance of the booking.
• The balance which includes Breakage deposit and Linen Fee is payable not later than 30 (thirty) days before arrival.
• Services of a daily cleaner can be arrange as an extra cost and will be payable upfront directly to the cleaning company.
• Breakage and Key deposit will be refunded within 7 (seven) working days - less breakages/loss

Rules & Conditions

• NO SMOKING (Smoke detectors installed).
• NO pets allowed on premises.
• No swimming towels provided.
• Full cleaning service available.
• Only one parking available per unit.
• No solo travellers.
• No children under the age of 2.
• No parties or loud noise after 22h00.
• No open fires allowed – gas braai available.
• Minimum stay – 3 nights.
• Maximum stay – 14 nights.
• On departure, leave the key’s in the key box provided at the front door.
• Direct access to beach – access code will be provided.
• Key collection will be arranged 1 day prior to arrival.
