The Beach House is only 5 minutes drive from Scottburgh. Which has all the up market shops, restaurants and cinemas. Scottburgh beach has professional lifeguards on duty and beach activities in season.

Wake up to the sound of the waves on one of the most renown surfing beaches on the South Coast which is also known as Greenpoint. Watch the dolphins playing in the waves or spot a whale further out.

The Beach House overlooks the Aliwal Shoal which is one of the finest dive sites in the world. Home and breeding ground of the ragged tooth shark. There are two other wrecks stranded just off the Shoal, The Produce which sank in 1974 and the Nebo which sank in 1884.

The Beach House is approximately 100m from the beach which is private and ideal for surfing, snorkeling and fishing. Or stroll to the point from which you can see the Lighthouse. Crocworld is a 2 minute drive away which has a wide range of reptiles, birds and aquarium fish.

The Beach House is a self catering, fully equipped (except towels) 5 bed roomed (mes) house which sleeps 13 and is serviced daily.

From the N2 Southbound freeway take the Scottburgh / Dududu off ramp. Turn left and follow the road to the T-junction. Turn left and continue down this road past the crocodile farm. Turn right into Clansthal and sharp right again. As you turn into Clansthal you will see The Chiefs Cabin straight ahead (caravan park). The house is in the same road. The street name is Strathcona but it is not sign-posted. The house is No57, it has gates with dolphins and is sign-posted "The Beach House".
