This luxurious 3 bedroom self-catering unit is spacious, tastefully furnished and is located across the road from Ballito's Compensation beach.
It has an open plan, fully equipped kitchen/dining room/lounge area with sliders onto a patio facing the sea (limited views, see photographs).
The lounge has 3 comfortable couches (2+2+3 seaters), coffee table and a TV (with DSTV decoder and video machine - bring your own DSTV card).
The dining room (open plan with kitchen and lounge) has a 8-seater solid wood table.
The fully equipped kitchen has a glass-top stove, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
The patio is equipped with a 6-seater wooden table/bench set and small gas braai (no wooden fires allowed).
There are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms. The main bedroom (with a king size bed) has his/hers dressing tables, a walk-through dressing area into an en-suite bathroom and has a slider onto sea facing patio. The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.
The other 2 bedrooms (with charming wrought-iron double beds) each has a dressing table and share a bathroom with a bath, shower, basin and toilet. The one bedroom has a slider onto the sea facing patio.
Access to the complex is by remote control.
Location:
The Complex is about 15km from King Shaka Airport and is within walking distance from a supermarket (+/-200m), restaurants (La Montagne, Waterberry's, Mozambik), Fast-Food outlets and opposite the road from Compensation Beach (+/-250m).
There are ample restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centres within about 3km from the complex.
