B1001 is an up market apartment which offers a magnificent view over the bay onto Cape Town, Table Mountain, Robben Island and across the endlessness of the Atlantic. Whales & dolphin sightings from the apartment are not unusual (seasonally) and spectacular views can be seen from every room.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the comfort of the lounge, the bedroom. Alternatively you can just relax with sundowners or barbecue on the balcony with the relaxing sound of the ocean. The apartment is fully fitted to meet your every need no matter whatever the reason for your visit.
Self catering accommodation
The apartment consists of an open plan lounge, dining area with TV, DStv (bring your own smart card) and hi-fi. There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with microwave, washing machine, a breakfast counter, two bedrooms with built in cupboards and two bathrooms (main en suite). The lounge contains a pullout double sleeper couch. Just pack the clothes on your back (and then again, not too much of those)!
The apartment is privately owned and managed by a husband and wife team and we have done everything possible to ensure that your stay in our apartment is an enjoyable one.

The world famous Blouberg beach is a mere 50m from the apartment. There is also a fantastic choice of restaurants, fast food outlets, pubs, convenience stores, liquor stores, a laundromat and icecream parlours from which to choose from.
Blouberg is renowned for kitesurfing and there are kitesurfing schools and hire companies which operate from the beach close by. All of which are within comfortable walking distance of the apartment. In addition to this there are:
