2026 Weekdays out of season Rates:
R3,750 per day up to 10 people thereafter R300 per person.
Children under 12 half Price.

Maximum 20 people.
Minimum booking 2 nights

R4500 per day up to 10 people thereafter R400 per person.
Children under 12 half Price.

R5,0n500 per day up to 10 people thereafter R480 per person.
Children under 12 half Price.
Maximum 20 people.
Minimum 10 days Christmas period
10 days New Year period.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

Terms Of Payment

50% deposit secures the booking - bal. by EFT 3 days prior to arrival or by cash on arrival.
Breakages deposit of R1,000 paid on arrival and returned on departure.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit forfeited unless another booking can replace the booking made.
If there is a negative difference in the second booking the first booking will pay the difference.
There is a R300 admin cancellation fee.

Arrival & Departure Times

Arrival from 10am
On Departure date no cooking after 10 am - maids strip and make beds - you may leave by midday

Please note this is a residential area - we have a very powerful sound system - excessive noise will not be tolerated.
