This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment is situated on the 6 th floor, offers amazing views of the sea from both bedrooms as well as the lounge. Bedrooms and lounge area are equipped with ceiling fans. Freshly laundered bed linen on arrival. The flat caters for 6 sleepers in the bedrooms and sleeper couches in the lounge. The flat is fully equipped and also includes facilities such as a stove, fridge, microwave oven, TV and DSTV and Dvd player .
Entrance to the complex is well secured and designated parking is available.
The braai area (with neat benches and tables) on the ground level is overlooking the ocean.
The accommodation is within walking distance to the main beach (protected by lifeguards and shark nets). No roads have to be crossed on the way to the beach.
Doonside is +/- 25 from Durban and within a comfortable driving distance to well known destinations such as U-Shaka Marine world , The Crocodile farm, the Casino in Durban, Pavillion & Gateway Shopping Centre and Durban Waterfront and play park.
In the immediate area there are restaurants, take-aways, golf courses, shopping centers, jogging and cycling, a weekly night market, flea market, pedal boats and canoeing on the lagoon and an entertainment centre with ten pin bowling facilities and sport facilities. A Laundromat is just across the road.
Servicing of the apartment during your stay can be arranged, for your own account. Not serviced but cleaning maid can be arranged.
