Terms Of Payment
To secure booking 50% of the full amount is payable. Final payment is accepted by EFT, direct deposit or PayPal and must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

A key & breakage deposit of R 1,500 must be paid with the final payment before arrival, which will be refunded 10 days after departure (provided that no losses/breakages occurred).

Cancellation Policy
Guests have a cancellation notice period of 2 months prior to the booking date during which the cancellation fee will be only R 300.

Cancellations after two months will result in the following cancellation fees (Based on the 50% payment to secure the booking).

1 to 2 months prior to accommodation date 50% of the fee to secure the booking will be retained as a cancellation fee 2-4 weeks prior to accommodation date 75% of the fee to secure the booking will be retained as a cancellation fee
0-2 weeks prior to accommodation date 100% of the fee to secure the booking will be retained as a cancellation fee

A maximum of 6 people in total is allowed in the unit with a maximum of 4 adults at a time.
