6 adults + 2 children under 12 years on bunk beds 

Mid-week from : R 2750 per night 

Weekend from : R 3000 per night 

Long weekends / School holidays from : R3500 per night

Peak Season from (10 Dec - 10 Jan) : R4900 per night  (Minimum stay for 7 nights) 

Compulsary cleaning fee of R350 for stays up to 3 days. Longer stays is R200 per a day  

Pet cleaning fee R350

Payment arrangement:

50% deposit secures the booking, the balance must be paid by wire transfer 30 days prior to arriving.

A refundable key, breakages & house rules deposit of R3,000 is paid before arrival and will be refunded within 3 working days after departure if all is in order, refer to house rules.

Cancellation Policy:

0-28 Days: 100% of all funds paid 

29+ Days: 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater)

In the event of premature departure, we will charge for the full value of the booking

On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, 72 on Oxley will refund the applicable amount as stated above within 5 working days. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185 charge will be levied.
