Ramsgate 70 is a three bedroom apartment, situated on the second floor of an upmarket and very well maintained security complex, surrounded by luscious tropical growth. The views from two of the bedrooms, the kitchen, lounge and balcony is simply breathtaking. Weber-style braai on balcony. Ceiling fans. Swimming pool and several braai areas in security complex. Safe, undercover parking. Laundry in complex. TV is activated for selected channels.

The complex actually borders unto Ramsgate's Blue Flag beach. The Blue Flag is an international award for exceptional standard in the cleanliness of the sea-water, beach and ablution facilities, coupled with eco-friendliness, life guards on duty around the clock, ample parking areas as well as the convenience of close-by cafe and restaurants, all adding up to a very favourable dispensation for beach-goers. Only six beaches in SA has received this award as yet.

The well-known Waffle House is a mere 300 meters stroll from the complex. Two major shopping centres at Margate is only 2 km away and the Shelley Shopping Centre, 10 km away, offers a really nice shopping experience with plenty of restaurants and movie theatres.
