| PLEASE NOTE: The house and flat are not rented out simultaneously to different groups of guests. The flat is for additional accommodation only. A post rental cleaning fee of R935 is payable in addition to the agreed rental fee and a returnable damage deposit will also be required at the time of booking. A short rental agreement setting out further terms and conditions will be provided for your acceptance in advance of your stay. |
