La Pirogue 55 is a newly renovated and luxurious 3 bedroom ground floor self-catering unit with a private garden just across from Ballito’s Willards Beach (+- 150m). The unit is situated within walking distance from the supermarket and restaurants.

It is a spacious, open plan, 6 sleeper Non-Smoking unit.

The lounge, main bedroom and second bedroom all have their own sliding doors that open onto the patio and private garden with sea view.

The fully equipped kitchen has a glass top stove, oven microwave, fridge / freezer, icemaker, washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Attached to the kitchen, there is a large dining room table with 6 chairs.

There is fully ducted air conditioning throughout the unit.

The lounge has a 7 seater corner unit, 2 coffee tables, a TV, DSTV decoders and a DVD machine.

There is an eight seater patio table and chairs, gas braai and weber braai. There is also a private entrance gate, electric fencing and alarm system.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed with a dressing table, safe, walk-through dressing area and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

Bedroom two is designed to be either twins or king bed with dressing table.

Bedroom 3 has 2 x ¾ beds with dressing table and a hair dryer included.

All the rooms have ceiling fans and central air-conditioning.

The second bathroom has a bath, basin and toilet.

Linen, duvets and pillows are provided.

There are two swimming pools. (One adult pool and one kiddie’s pool).

The unit has one under cover parking, and one open parking inside the complex.

Access to complex is by remote control.

No pets are allowed.

No students / matriculants are allowed.

Location: La Pirogue is 15km from King Shaka International Airport, walking distance from beach and restuarants. (Mozambik, La Montagne, Waterberry’s, Scooters Pizza etc.)

    When coming from Durban you go straight on the N2 past the first of-ramp that is ballito and take the next one that is the Salt rock off ramp and when you get to the Bridge you turn right and go straight until you see the small sign on the hill that says Simbithi Country club and the office park will be on the left, there is a wall that says Simbithi Country club then you go in there, they will scan your Drivers license and license disk then you go straight until you reach the first Left turn where you go up and left again our office is suite 225 closest to the staircase

The unit is only cleaned twice that is an in clean and an out clean. 16.1 Daily cleaning can be arranged through our cleaning services at your own cost. 16.2 Please note do not adjust the fridge settings. 17. This form, which will be transmitted electronically, will on transmission constitute a binding legal contract. 18. I reserve the right to cancel this reservation at any time without notice, should it become apparent that the unit is being occupied by other persons than that specified in the booking form. In such a case the deposit will be retained without prejudice to a claim for damages for loss of rental for the unexpired term of the tenancy, and all guests will be obliged to vacate the premises. 19.
