| 1. 40% Deposit is required to confirm a booking. Balance must be paid 2 weeks before arrival. 2. Cleaning fee of R750 per booking. ( fee for cleaning the Unit when you depart) 3. Long week-ends will be charged at R910 per night for the unit, 4.Weekend Bookings are Charged at R3750-00 including Cleaning Fees 5. Deposit is nonrefundable in case of a cancellation. No exceptions |
