|Terms Of Payment|
|1.) 50% deposit must be paid within 48 hours to secure the booking.|
2.) The additional 50% balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
3.) No bookings will be allowed for ONE night only.
4.) Bookings of 2 nights only will be charged at R100 more than normal rate per day.
5.) A once-off R150 admin fee will be charged per booking.
|1.) A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation.|
2.) A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation within a 2 week period prior to arrival date.
|Arrival & Departure Times|
|Arrival time: from 14:00|
Departure time: by 09:30
|1.) If you do not arrive at Kenwyn-on-Sea on the arrival day, and no alternative arrangements were communicated to the Owner, then the Owner has the right to rent it out to other tenants during this period and you will not receive any refund.|
2.) Without exception, the maximum number of persons (children included) may not exceed the number indicated on your booking confirmation letter.
3.) During Peak season periods please note that this booking only provides you with parking for one vehicle. If additional vehicle parking is required it must be requested and an additional daily fee will be charged.
4.) NO STUDENT AND MATRIC BOOKINGS WILL BE ALLOWED. Students and Matrics are only permitted if accompanied by both their parents.
5.) Additional servants accommodation and trailer parking need to be booked in advance at an additional daily fee.
6.) Tenants will be held responsible for any shortages due to theft or breakages.
7.) Faulty TV sets or electrical appliances must be reported immediately to the Kenwyn office. They'll be repaired as soon as posisble, but no reduction of rent will be considered for delays beyond our control.
8.) Failure to abide by Kenwyn's rules may give rise to eviction from the property by Kenwyn's Management. No refunds will be paid.
9.) The client shall, on arrival, indemnify and hold harmless the Owner or Kenwyn-on-Sea body corporate against any and all claims of whatsoever nature, which may be brought against the Owner or Kenywn-on-Sea body corporate in respect of damage of whatsoever nature arising form the use of the accomodation or common facilities.
10.) The daily cleaning service (excl. Sundays and Public Holidays) includes sweeping/mopping the floors and cleaning the bathrooms. It doesn't include making beds and washing dishes. If you want the maid to also do these services you can request her to do so at an additional price negotiated with her.
11.) Please note that none of the beds may be moved from the bedrooms into the lounge or dining area.
12.) Please note that electricity and water interruptions to Kenwyn-on-Sea are outside of the body corporate and owner's control. No reduction of rent will be considered if any of these occur.
