Flat screen TV with full DSTV. The unit comes with 1 basement parking, extra parking for extra cars and or trailers payable at a very reasonable rate directly to the body corporate at the reception. All rooms have sliding doors onto the balcony. Safe complex with CCTV and 24 hour security with controlled access. Please bring your own beach towels, bath towels, dish towels and cleaning detergents. The unit is cleaned before arrival and after departure, no daily cleaning (should you wish to have cleaning service during your stay, this is to be arranged directly with the cleaning company).
No pets are allowed on the premises.
Situated next to the main beach with life guards and shark nets. A lovely promenade along the beach provides enjoyable walking and jogging.
All amenities are within walking distance, lots of restaurants, pubs and take-aways. Nearby attractions are horse riding on the beach, water world, fishing, canoeing, tenpin bowling, golf, movies/cinema and ice-skating at the Galleria Mall. Ushaka Marine World about 30 minutes away.
