R4,300 per night: 15 DEC - 10 Jan 2026 Still Available: 13 Dec - 16 Dec : 3x nights Semi: 10 Jan - 19 Jan. 2026 / Semi/ 4 x night minimum There is also a Refundable Breakage Deposit of R 2,000 charged. | Terms Of Payment |
| 50% deposit required immediately. Full payment required to secure dates for late bookings. Monthly financial arrangements can be discussed if necessary, but deposits must be paid in full. All balances to be paid on or before 3 weeks prior to occupation - keys will not be handed over unless all monies have been paid. Cash, EFT or Cash on Arrival deposits will be charged bank fees applicable to the transaction |

| Cancellation for bookings will only be considered for reimbursement 1 month before occupation (a cancellation/admin fee of R500 will be charged) |

| No smoking in apartment - large covered verandah available. Nothing to be hung over railings of apartment. Nothing to be thrown over railings e.g. cigarette butts or anything else. Body Corporate rules no swimming or excessive noise after 22h00 as courtesy to other guests. Please leave apartment as you would wish to find it |
