| Terms Of Payment |
| Provisional bookings are valid for 3 days, where after a 50% deposit must be paid to secure the booking. The balance of the rental is due 2 weeks before arrival. A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable prior to occupation. Any cash deposit fee or bank charges incurred for cash payments will be deducted from the deposit as an admin fee. Tenants will be responsible for shortages due to theft, breakages etc. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| On cancellation, deposits are non refundable unless the accommodation is re-let for the full period. A cancellation fee of R200 will be deducted from deposits paid. Rentals are due for the period booked and no refunds will be allowed for early departure unless the accommodation is re-let for the full period. |
| Arrival & Departure Times |
| Tenants to take occupation from 14h00. Apartment must be vacated by 09h00 on date of departure The apartment WILL NOT be let to students or to persons under the age of 25. |
| Rules/Conditions |
| The unit is privately owned and right of admission is reserved. Maximum occupants = 6 NO PARTYING ALLOWED. Should your unacceptable noise levels cause a disturbance to the other tenants/owners in Maratea, you will be asked to leave immediately & forfeit any refunds. Maximum 2 cars allowed per unit NO SMOKING in the apartment. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, fridge/freezer, microwave and stove, as well a washing machine & tumble drier. Linen is provided BEACH & BATH TOWELS are NOT provided (nor kitchen dry cloths). TOILETRIES are NOT provided (incl. NO toilet paper provided). There is a television with DSTV decoder with Premium Bouquet. |
