| Terms Of Payment |
| On acceptance of a booking enquiry quote, 50% of the full invoice amount stated in the booking confirmation must be paid into the account below within 24 hours. Failure to do so, will result in an immediate cancellation of the booking. If a deposit is paid and the booking is confirmed, the outstanding balance must be paid no less than 10 days before arrival date. Failure to settle the outstanding balance will mean immediate cancellation of the booking, refusal to grant access to the apartment and deposit forfeiture. | Cancellation Policy |
| 1. If a guest does have to cancel, an alternative date will be arranged promptly, if possible. 2. Transfer of the holiday to someone may be suggested. If so, the new guests will need a new booking contract in their names, which they will need to confirm via e-mail. 3. New booking will be checked against any other enquiries for the same time. A discount may be considered for last minute offers/bookings. 4. | Arrival time: 14:00 on the first day of the booking. Departure time: 9:30 on the last day of the booking. Please note that the breakage deposit will be repaid within 4 days after inspection and cleaning. |
