| - CERTIFICATE OF ACCOMMODATION OFFICIAL NOTICE - This is to certify that the premises situated at: 10 De Villiers Street, Winburg, 9420, Free State Republic of South Africa, are operated as private accommodation for approved guests. All guests are welcome and are requested to respect the property fellow occupants neighbours and all house rules during their stay. CONDITIONS OF OCCUPANCY By occupying these premises every guest acknowledges and agrees that: • Entry to and occupation of the property are at the guests own risk. • The owners managers and their representatives shall not be liable for any loss theft damage to personal property injury illness accident or death occurring on the premises except where liability cannot legally be excluded under the laws of the Republic of South Africa. • Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their own personal belongings money valuables vehicles and other property. • Guests shall be liable for any damage caused to the property its contents or facilities through negligence intentional acts or misuse . • Any illegal activity violence possession of unlawful substances or conduct that disturbs other occupants will result in immediate termination of accommodation and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. INDEMNITY Every person entering these premises does so voluntarily and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owners managers employees and representatives from any claims losses damages liabilities costs or expenses arising from their occupation or use of the property except where such liability results from gross negligence fraud or intentional misconduct by the owners or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. GOVERNING LAW This accommodation and all matters relating to its occupation shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from the use or occupation of these premises shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of South Africa.
