This comfortably furnished, non-smoking, self-catering, two-bedroom apartment
can comfortably accommodate 4 adults. There is a fold-down sleeper couch in the
living area which can be used in a pinch as a double bed, but it's really only
suitable as a sleeping arrangement for children. The apartment is on the second
(top) floor accessible via a staircase.

A sliding glass door opens onto an open balcony which is ideal for braaiing,
(portable braai and garden furniture supplied).
Linen is supplied but you will be required to bring your own towels. Servicing
of the apartment during your stay can be arranged, for your own account.
For your security the apartment block has a remote controlled access gate, a
security gate at the front door to the apartment and a single lock-up garage.
The apartment is 100m from the beach and 250m from the Margate "Lucien" North
Beach but does not offer any real sea view. The Margate Main Beach is within
walking distance, as are the kiddies fun land and tourist center and Margate CBD
for shops, cinemas, restaurants, banks etc. Both beaches have International Blue
Outdoor activities close-by include whale and dolphin spotting trips, shark cage
diving, scuba diving and deep sea fishing.
Nearby Oribi Gorge offers hiking, abseiling, bird watching and river rafting.
A number of first class golf courses are within easy reach, such as Margate
Country Club, San Lameer, Selbourne Golf Estate and others.
Furthermore, a visit to a crocodile farm, bird parks, snake parks and the Wild
Coast Casino can be easily undertaken.
25% Penalty fee will be levied on cancellation with less than 60 days notice for all seasons. No penalty fee will be levied should the apartment be re-allocated for the same period, or if no other prospective clients were turned away due to initial reservation.

Terms Of Payment
Deposit of 50% of invoice total is required with booking, payable within 5 days from issue of the invoice, the balance is payable 5 days before occupation. Only payment of full deposit secures booking. No occupation will be allowed before account is settled in full.
All invoices will include on top of the daily rate a refundable key/breakages deposit of R400.
Daily rates are calculated on a sliding scale, longer period of stay will have lower average daily rate.
1.The apartment may only be occupied by 6 persons maximum. This is a Body Corporate regulation and eviction without any compensation may result through non-compliance! No persons younger than 23 years of age, students or school-leavers will be allowed to occupy the apartment without parental supervision, eviction without compensation will result.
2.No smoking is permitted inside the apartment.
3.No pets are allowed.
4.No loud noise after 10 pm.
