Woodpecker's inn is an up market Bed & Breakfast guesthouse situated in Kempton Park, 15 minutes drive from the OR Tambo International Airport. The newly build guesthouse provides accommodation to international, corporate business travellers and families. Woodpecker's Inn is privately owned in a quiet residential area of Glen Marais.

Your Host

Marnie Louw comes from a four star hotel and is highly trained in the Hospitality industry. She cannot wait to spoil guests from South Africa and around the world.

Woodpecker's Inn has 4 en-suite spacious and luxurious guest rooms available. Each room sleeps 2 guests and has its own private entrance.
Our first floor rooms have been designed in such a way that it can be converted into one large family room.

Each room is individually decorated.

Our Rooms

The Grey Lourie - This ground level room function as a wheelchair friendly room, with a ramp into the room and a gig shower with a seat.
The Hoopoe - is also on the ground floor and is equipped with a bath.
The Black Collared - is on the first floor with a covered balcony, bathroom with a shower.
The Crested Barbet - also on first floor equipped with bathroom and shower, as well as covered balcony.

All of our rooms have two single beds that can be converted into a king size bed. All have built in cupboards with a desk chair and a comfy chair just to relax on.

This is a NON SMOKING Guest House but please feel free to smoke on the front of the stoep or balcony.

A digital safe is available for valuables as management will not be held responsible for any losses.
