Witsand 103 is a fully furnished and equipped apartment located on the West Coast beachfront 19km from central Cape Town.Cape Town International Airport.

This spacious two-bedroom apartment accommodates four persons and is situated on the first floor of a nine-floor apartment block with easy access by elevator or stairs. It offers un-obstructed and superb views of Table Bay, Table Mountain and Robben Island from the lounge, main bedroom and balcony. The beach is approximately 60 meters from the main entrance.

The apartment offers a secure environment for both visitors and their vehicles. Restaurants, Cafés, Internet Cafés and shops are within walking distance or a 5 minute drive. Two large shopping malls are 5km away.

Information brochures and maps are provided in the apartment and are also available from the Blouberg Tourist Information Office on the beachfront.

The Apartment Offers: Beachfront within approximately 60 meters. Balcony ideal for sun-downer views with gas braai/barbecue. Lounge with contemporary style furnishings facing the sea. FHD LED TV, Home Theater System, DSTV Premium Channels. Main bedroom, facing the sea, with king-sized bed. Second bedroom with two single beds. All linen, bedding and towels supplied. Kitchen fully equipped for self-catering. One bathroom with bath, shower screen, washbasin and toilet. Second toilet and washbasin. Laundry washing and drying appliances. Secure undercover parking bay. Built-in Safe for valuables.

Please Note:

This is a non-smoking apartment. The balcony is ideal for smoking with a view. Domestic cleaning can be arranged via the on-site or off-site care-taker at additional cost. No pets are allowed! Parking for trailers and Caravans is not available

Golf at Atlantic Golf Estate and Milnerton Golf Club (8km). Kite Surfing, Wind Surfing and Surfing within walking distance. Robben Island and other boat trips departing from V&A Waterfront (20km). Deep-sea fishing trips departing from various coastal harbors. Helicopter sight-seeing (20km). Table Mountain Hikes or Cable Car rides (20km). Scuba Diving (2km). Shark-cage Diving (20km). Quad-biking (30km).

Places to visit:

Day-trip scenic drive around the peninsular with visits and meals along the way. Day-trip drive along established Cape Wine Routes with visits to Wine Estates and meals along the way. Two large shopping malls with cinema (5km). V&A Waterfront with shops, restaurants, entertainment (20km). Durbanville Wine Farms (15km). Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens (30km). Grand West Casino (20km).

    The quotation which will be sent to you will be valid for a period of 5 calendar days from the date of the quotation. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost is payable within 5 calendar days from the date of the quotation to secure the booking. Cancellations will be accepted until 14 calendar days prior to the date of arrival. Payments already made, excluding the deposit will be refunded.

  • Terms Of Payment
    The quotation which will be sent to you will be valid for a period of 5 calendar days from the date of the quotation. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost is payable within 5 calendar days from the date of the quotation to secure the booking. This period of validity may be extended, only on request, to allow for the fund transfers by overseas guests. The balance of the total cost (ie 80%) is to be paid by not later than 14 calendar days prior to the date of arrival. Overseas guests are to make fund tranfers in ZAR (South African Rands) by purchasing ZAR in their own country prior to transfers. Note: A seperate Key Deposit of R400 is payable to the caretaker when collecting the keys and refunded directly when returning the keys.
  • During your stay your actions and activities will be subject to the House Rules of the Witsand Body Corporate. Together with your quotation you will receive a "Conditions of Letting" document. This document includes an abbreviated version of the House Rules. The complete House Rules are contained in the information folder within the apartment. As the Lessee you indemnify the Lessor, being the owner of Witsand 103, from any liability resulting from death or personal injury to the occupants or guests of occupants of Witsand 103, or resulting from the loss of property. You acknowledge your acceptance of the "Conditions of Letting" by your intent as evident in the payment of a deposit and final payment to the bank account of the Lessor, being the owner of Witsand 103.
