Wildschutsberg is situated in the beautiful malaria-free Heungklip Valley,Queenstown. It lies between the Winterberg in the south and the Stormberg Mountains in the North.

Wildschutsberg is named after a Bushmen chief who for many years made it his stronghold. According to Thomas Baines' Journal of 1848 we are lead to believe that in this mountain and the nearer recesses of Rhenosterhoek, are Bushmen caves in which 5 000 men might screen themselves. This cave remains to be discovered by an intrepid climber

This 2600ha privately owned farm is richly stocked with game. View buffalo, rhino, zebra, giraffes, wildebeest and many, many antelope species from your game vehicle or as you go on foot over the plains and into the hills and valleys.

So, switch off the cell phone, bring the kids and escape to the Great Outdoors.
