Experience a wonderful holiday in a luxury upmarket Tuscan home. This home
has a magnificent seaview and a beautiful garden and pool. Waves and Water is
situated in a quiet established area of Uvongo. It has close access to all
facilities. It is three minutes drive from the beautiful Uvongo beach and five
minutes drive away from Manaba beach and ten minutes drive from Margate beach,
where the warm sea temperature is a famous attraction.
Situated close to Shelly Centre as well as the South Coast Mall which provides
you with a wide variety of shops, cinemas and restaurants. It is close to Shelly
Harbour that's the base camp for scuba divers who wants to enjoy diving with the
sharks at Protea Banks or Aliwal Shoal.
Surrounded by six of the top golf course like Selbourne, San Lameer, Wild Coast
etc. The Wild Coast casino is only and half hours drive away and offers a
variety of entertainment.
For the nature lover a visit to the Oribi Gorge is a must. Here you can go
abseiling, gorge swinging, white river rafting or hiking. Close by is a game
reserve with a wide variety of animals.
We are ten minute drive away from Margate airport and a hours drive from the
Durban International airport.
The house consists of a large entrance hall leading to the holiday home, the
holiday home houses 6 people. The house comprises out of 3 bedrooms and
3 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, lounge, balconies, a laundry and two
lockup garages. Two of the bedrooms have on suite shower, toilet and
basin, double beds ,air conditioners and private balconies with a stunning
breaker view. The third bedroom has an on suite bathroom, airconditioner, two
single beds, balcony and seaview. All the bedrooms have large built in
cupboards. The beds all have excellent mattress and base sets. Good quality
linen and towels will be provided.
A beautiful fully equipped kitchen with granite tops, a glasstop stove,
fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and everything else you could possibly
need. Good quality cutlery and crockery as well tablecloths and tablemats are
provided. The kitchen opens with French doors onto the courtyard. The dining
room seats ten people. The lounge is cosy with a lovely lounge suite and a 74cm
Samsung flat screen TV with full DSTV, all channels, no card needed. The
kitchen, lounge and balcony all have breaker seaview. The lounge opens on to a
large balcony with a lovely patio set and has a gasbraai. Here you can relax
while whale and dolphin watching.
The laundry is situated downstairs and is equipped with a large washing machine
and a large tumble dryer. Security includes and enclosed garden, electric
fencing, electric gate, alarm system and outside beams linked to a local
security company. It has trellydoors, burglar bars and a safe. The house is
serviced by reliable cleaners six days a week. If you stay longer than seven
days clean linen will be provided. Beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs will
be available to overseas guests.
