Terms Of Payment
•Once a verbal or written request has been received to make a reservation, a 50% deposit is required within 48 hours to secure your accommodation, should we not receive your deposit or proof of payment and this signed “Reservation Information Form”, your booking will automatically be cancelled. •The Balance of the booking value (50%) is to be paid at least two weeks (14 days) before arrival. During peak season (1 Dec – 15 January), we require full and final payment one month prior to arrival.
•If the booking is made less than 14 days prior to arrival, the total amount is due as confirmation of the booking.
•A Security- / Key deposit of N$ 2 000.00 MUST BE PAID WITH FINAL PAYMENT.
•The Security deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure. Should there be any items misplaced from the apartment whether deliberate/accidental or otherwise, such amount equal to the value of the items shall be deducted automatically from the deposit without dispute.
Cancellation Policy
•The full accommodation payment will be retained by !LIVE IT Properties Auctioneers & Booking Agency in the case of “No Shows” or if cancellations of bookings are made less than 14 days prior to arrival.•Bookings cancelled 15 – 45 days prior to arrival, will forfeit the total 50% of the deposit paid.
•A full refund of deposit (minus 20% handling fee) will be given for cancellations made more than 46 days prior to arrival.
•Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification via email or fax, no telephone cancellation or sms notifications will be accepted

•ANY DAMAGE DONE TO THE PROPERTY OR CONTENTS THEREOF, WILL BE FOR YOUR ACCOUNT.
•Abide by all the rules. Not doing so can lead to immediate eviction.
•!LIVE IT Properties Auctioneers & Booking Agency will not be held liable for any loss and/or damages incurred due to theft or burglary. The onus lies with you – the traveler - to ensure that all personal items of value are insured.
