Situated in Ballito on the pristine "Dolphin Coast" of KwaZulu-Natal "natures playground". This area enjoys a sub-tropical climate throughout the year; which is conducive to pleasant weather.
Villa Sea'esta is well situated, only 150m from the beach, which is shark net
protected and life guarded and within easy walking distance to various shops, restaurants and pubs.
Swimming, surfing, fishing or just strolling on the beach looking for shells in the rock pools is all part of the day.
The evenings can be enjoyed by a stroll on the "promenade" and a "sundowner" at one of the local pubs.
For the more adventurous, why not take a flip in a microlight along the "Dolphin Coast"
to truly experience the sheer beauty (as well as possibly spotting dolphin or
whales) that this area offers. We can also arrange a dolphin viewing trip out to
sea and see for yourself why this is "The Dolphin Coast". Deep sea fishing
excursions can also be arranged.
For the avid golfer, a range of superb golf courses are within close proximity to Ballito, namely
Zimbali, Princes Grant and Mt Edgecombe and Simbithi.
For the non-golfers, a visit to the local crocodile farm, a visit to the pottery
gallery or a Zulu cultural experience are all close by. Ballito now boasts
comprehensive shopping malls with many excellent restaurants.
Villa Sea'esta being ideally situated:
- Only 15mins drive to new King Shaka International airport.
- 30mins to Durban and the "new" uShaka Marine World.
- 2 hours to the entrance of the Hluhluwe/Umfolozi Game Reserve where the "big five" can be viewed - private tours can be arranged.
- The spectacular Gateway Shopping centre a mere 20 minutes away.
- 15 minutes to our Sibaya Casino
and the Mangwanani Spa.
- 10 mins to Holla Trails for mountain biking
- One and a half hours drive to St Lucia and the World Heritage site of St Lucia Lakes and Wetlands
(iSimangaliso Wetland Park).
At Villa Sea'esta we offer, well appointed self catering accommodation. Accommodation consists of 2 private units - whale unit and the dolphin unit, sleeping a maximium of 2
adults per unit. To ensure everyone's peace and tranquility, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children under 16.
Whale Unit accommodating two adults, consists of a one bedroom (queen bed), lounge with TV and DVD player
and music centre, open plan, new renovated fully equipped kitchen and new upgraded bathroom with 'spa bath' and seperate
shower. Private entrance and patio with barbecue area overlooking a tranquil
tropical garden.
Dolphin Unit accommodating two adults, is a 'bachelor unit/studio' (Kingsize
bed with the option of making twin beds) with lounge facility, TV and DVD player,
and a music centre, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower only.
Private entrance and patio with barbecue facility set in private peaceful
garden.
- All linen being supplied, with the exception of swimming/beach towels.
- Limited service of units at no extra charge - except Sundays and public
holidays
