Villa la Spezia consists of 3 bedrooms accommodating 6 people. Main bedroom en-suite on 3rd floor with stunning sea views. Queen bed. 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms 1 double en-suite and one with 2 single beds and bathroom opposite bedroom. Both rooms with balconies and sea views. Downstairs is a open plan living area, kitchen, covered patio/braai and double garage remote controlled door. Living room with DStv (bring own card) DVD and sound system. Dining room can accommodate 10 people for entertaining. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. There is an air-con in the dining/TV room and fans in all bedrooms.
The house is free standing with a private garden and in the vicinity is 2 golf courses, an ultra modern driving range and restaurant. Several shopping malls, restaurants and 2 beaches with lifeguards. Fishing on the beach, or deep sea fishing can be booked nearby.
