The magnificent 290m² villa is situated 20 meters from a prestine white beach where conditions for swimming and sunbathing are perfect. A walking trail under a canopy of Milkwood trees, (unique to this part of the Western Cape)leads to a variety of quality restuarants, bars and a unique bookshop. A leasurely walk of 3 to 5 minutes takes you to the yacht harbour, from where daily excursions of deepsea fishing, whale and shark watching/diving and sunset cruises depart.
The exquisitely furnished villa offers 3 en-suite bedrooms with either sea or mountain views. The eight seater art nuvo diningroom table is a masterpiece. The 120m² patio creates the illusion of cantilevering over the sea. The patio, lounge, diningroom, the gourmet kitchen and the separate scullery/laundry have uninterrupted sea and mountain views. With a lovely sandy beach 20 meters from the front door, the air-conditioned apartment is the ideal retreat for 2 to 3 people escaping the hustle and bustle of city life. The unobstructed sea and mountain views are breathtaking.
The main bedroom/en-suite shower-bathroom is downstairs, with the open-plan lounge/kitchen upstairs. The lounge leads onto a balcony from where you can enjoy the last rays of the setting sun over
Table Mountain. Parking is in front of the apartment.

With the beach 20 meters from the 50m² apartment, this unit is a cool air-conditioned oasis in the heat of
Gordon's Bay summers.
A gate leads to the front door via a well kept lawn and barbeque, shaded by a Jacaranda tree. The apartment sleeps 4 people, preferably 2 adults and 2 teens. The main bedroom has sea views, as have the open-plan lounge/kitchen, which opens onto the balcony, with its uninterrupted sea and mountain views. The shower has its individual entrance as has the toilet/basin. Parking is in front of the unit.
Well travelled/house trained small doggies are welcome!
