| 50% deposit secures plus R300 admin fee. Balance of total payment to be made 10 days prior to your stay, cancellation fee will be charged or deposit with held to discrepancy of owner. R500.00 to R1000 key/breakage deposit, which is refundable After inspection and refundable within 7 days. |

| STRICTLY NO USE OF JACUZZI No smoking in unit. Maximum of 4/6 people per unit. No pets allowed. No students. Kids to be bed safe and parents responsible for no wetting of beds. Parents to ENSURE kids are behaved and respect furniture etc, otherwise you will lose your refundable deposit! No loud music or noise. Bring own swimming towels. Please leave the place neat and tidy. Dishes to be washed and packed away on departure. |
