CANCELLATION POLICY

Confirmation of booking :
The terms and conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of deposit and applies to ALL cancellations irrespective of cause

The following cancellation terms and penalties will apply when booking is cancelled:

Out Season ~ You WILL forfeit:

*50% Of deposit paid for cancellations MORE than 15 days before arrival
*75% Of deposit paid for cancellations 8 - 14 days before arrival
*100% Of deposit paid for cancellations less than 8 days before arrival
*100% Of deposit paid for cancellations on 1 night stay`s and NON-arrivals
(+ Bank fee`s and admin-housekeeping fee`s on all above)

*In season, Peak season and Group bookings NO REFUNDS.

* Once deposit received dates will NOT be changed or postponed
* Should the number of people or days quoted for be reduced after deposit has been paid, you will still be held
responsible as per quote
* Cancellation must be made to us in writing by fax or email

TERMS OF PAYMENTS

We accept bank cash deposits and EFT payments. On arrival you can pay with your debit or credit card.

1 Night stay full payment required up front
2 Night`s stay 75% deposit required up front
3+ Night`s stay 50% deposit required up front

Balance payable on arrival with a refundable R300 key/breakage deposit per apartment in CASH ONLY.
Group & December bookings, outstanding balance payable 14 days prior to arrival.
