  • Arrival & Departure Times
    Arrival times = 13h00 to 18h00. Prior to 13h00 is difficult as the unit must be cleaned. After 18h00 can be arranged.
    Departure times are strictly before 10h00. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the Breakages deposit.
  • Terms Of Payment
    Deposit is due 4 days after quotation, to secure your booking. Deposits outside of the allowed period must be subject to rechecking on availabilty. The balance per the quote.
  • 1. A maximum number of 6 people may occupy the unit. 2. Guests are requested to be considerate to other tenants, not to litter, damage or use common property inappropriatly. 3. Complex rules do not allow pets. 4. Smoking is not allowed in the unit. Smokers may use the balcony and ashtrays provided. 5. The complex rules will prevail at all times. Guests who fail to comply with conditons 1-5.may be instructed to vacate the premises, with no prospect of refund. 5. R400 Administration & Cleaning fee payable to the key holder on arrival. 6. Indemnity: Guests occupy the unit & utilize complex facilities entirely at their own risk. The complex rules will prevail regarding disputes. The Owner, Body Corporate & related staff are not responsible for death, injury or loss of any kind, as a result of negligence, theft or otherwise. Furthermore no recourse will be taken against the Owner, Body Corporate & related staff, for any other issues that may arise, not specifically included in the terms & conditions, resulting in loss or otherwise. Guests are required to agree to the terms and conditions prior to booking.
