Tregarthen Cottage is located in the Constantia Valley and is part of the main house, but with separate entrance and secure parking. We have ADT security.
The Cottage has one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, with one king size bed or
twin beds and plenty of cupboards. Towels and bedding supplied but please bring
your own beach towels.
The living room is open plan, comfortably furnished with a bookcase full of
books, couch and easy chairs and dining table for your meals. There is a TV,
with DSTV and PVR, and a DVD player. You are welcome to use our pool and enjoy
the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with gas hob, electric oven, microwave and
fridge, kettle and toaster and crockery and cutlery. There are many restaurants
close by with varied cuisine.
We are within walking distance of the vineyards of Groot Constantia, and Klein Constantia, Uitsig, Steenberg and Buitenverwachting wine farms are five minutes away, all with their own special wines and wonderful restaurants. We are also ten minutes drive from banks, shops, chemist and the motorway which leads to
Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront or to Cape Town's famous beaches and Table Mountain.
We are in a rural setting with the advantage of being close to South Africa's
Mother City. Visit us for a quiet weekend or on business where you will find a
home from home.
The property is non smoking. Not suitable for children of any age.
