A quiet guest lodge, just 8kms from the game abundant Crocodile Bridge Gate
into the Kruger Park, 5km from the Mozambique border and 65 Km from the Swazi
border, making all easily accessible for day trips. 8 en-suite rooms set around
our pool, beneath cool thatch surrounded by lush tropical gardens, with rooms
for 1 -6 people, perfect for the business traveller, romantic break or family
holiday. All rooms have air-con, mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities and DSTV.
We also have a lovely central TV lounge with books, games and magazines in many
languages. Enjoy your breakfast (sit down or take away) and/or dinner in our
lovely licensed bar and restaurant. (We have NO self catering facilities) Stay
in contact with friends and family using our WiFi zone. For the more energetic,
enjoy a game of badminton on our own court.
Self drive or with some notice, let us organize a trip into the Park with a
qualified ranger or morning bush walks, sunset drives, elephant back safaris,
micro light flights or day trips to Mozambique (Maputo city or beach) or
Swaziland. Quad biking, fishing, golf (Kambaku) and horse riding are also
available locally.
We have 3 double and 1 twin rooms, a family room with for 6 and one for 4 and
two rooms for 3 people ... some rooms have 4 poster beds and slipper baths!
Komatipoort is a small, quiet town that can be very hot and humid in summer and
has a perfect winter climate. It is not great for shopping and late nightlife
but with the Park and all these other attractions, who cares!
