This undeveloped farm was purchased by Robert & Tracy Zeni in November 2006.
Game fencing has been erected around the entire property. Water and electricity
has been installed in each chalet. All hot water run s on gas geysers - 220 volt
electricity is available in all chalets
At present we have several impala's - nyala's - blesbok - steenbok - ostriches -
zebra - duiker and a variety of birdlife
The farm is very private and secure. In this relaxed atmosphere we invite you to
unwind during your stay. Enjoy spectacular sunsets in this tranquil African
setting and enjoy unspoiled beauty of the night,
No fire wood to be collected or removed from the farm
Please be considerate to other guests and DO NO SMOKE in the chalets - smoking
is only permitted by the braai area's.
No fauna or flora to be removed from the farm
No quad bikes allowed on the property - no driving around the property with your
own vehicle
Bicycles are permitted on the farm
Tranquilo Farm:
Tranquilo farm is owned by Robert & Tracy Zeni. The farm is a newly built 42 ha
game farm comprising of self catering chalets (1 double storey solid log
thatched chalet with 1 luxury tent alongside, we also have 2 brick and thatched
chalets.)
Chalet Squirrel & Lux Tent - can accommodate 4 people
This is a double storey solid log cabin chalet that can accommodate 2 people.
The bedroom on the upper level is equipped with a queen size bed, side tables, a
small dressing table and cupboard as well as a ceiling fan.
On the lower level you have your own dining area - fully equipped kitchen
(fridge - 4 plate gas stove as well as all cutlery and crockery, etc) The
bathroom that is also downstairs, that has a toilet, basin and cabinet as well
as a large shower.
Alongside the double storey log cabin we have a luxury tent that can accommodate
2 people. The tent is equipped with 2 single beds – cupboard – dressing table
and luggage and shoe rack.
All linen is provided - however one needs to bring one's own swimming towels
when you wish to make use of your own private Jacuzzi.
Braai facilities are available - wood and charcoal will be for sale at Tranquilo
Chalet - Kingfisher - can accommodate 4 people
These chalets can accommodate 4 people - one brick and thatched room that
accommodates 2 people. This has a queen size bed - side tables - dressing table
and bathroom en suite
The bathroom has a shower - toilet and basin
The second chalet next to the above mentioned chalet comprises of 2 single beds
- small dressing table and bathroom en suite. The bathroom has a shower, toilet
and basin
Kingfisher has its own outdoor dining area - fully equipped kitchen (fridge - 4
plate gas stove as well as cutlery and crockery, etc)
All linen is provided - however one needs to bring one's own swimming towels
when you make use of your own private splash pool
