Johnson Crane Marathon, Half Marathon and Fun Run
The Johnson Crane Marathon, Half Marathon and Fun Run is an annual event which takes place in Benoni, Johannesburg. The event is popular amongst locals and visitors from around the country. The event is well organised and has been well supported throughout the years.
The race is a circular route and offers runners a fairly flat start. There are some down hills and then a challenging climb, ending on an easy down hill. The half marathon participants will complete the circular route once, while the marathon runners will repeat this route twice. Walkers are welcome to participate. There is a 6 hour cut off time. The race starts promptly at 6am.
The whole family is invited to join in the festivities of the day. Enjoy the 5km fun run while chatting along the way with friends and family.
