The Prince Albert Town and Olive Festival is an annual event held in the Western Cape at Riebeek Kasteel. The festival takes place over a weekend and is filled with entertainment for the whole family. You can visit the Olive Farms and enjoy the fruit, see the olive presses and how the olives are transformed into the delicious final products. Taste the organic olive paste on some homemade bread straight out of the oven. The whole family can enjoy a tractor ride and learn more about the culture and history of the area. There is so much to see and do including a half marathon and a 10km run. There is also a large variety of arts and crafts to browse or purchase. There is something for everyone of all ages.
