Rainbow 30km

The Rainbow 30km race is held in the beautiful town of Worcester in the Western Cape. It is an annual race and is well supported by local runners as well as runners from around the country. The race is an out and back course and begins and ends at the National Institute for the Deaf Sports Grounds. The race is run along the roads through some of the Western Cape's most stunning scenic routes. The beautiful Brandwacht Valley offers spectacular mountain views. Although the course is breathtakingly beautiful, it is quite challenging even for the well trained runner.

The race starts at 6:30am so be sure to have registered or get there early to register on time. Dates are still to be confirmed for 2012.
