Worcester Gliding and Flying Club
The Worcester Gliding Club, also known as the Cape Gliding club is situated in the Breede River Valley winelands approximately 115km away from Cape Town itself. This is an experience not to be missed. The mountains that surround this area and the climate are superb for gliders.
The club has a number of various gliders from single seater, 2 seater pure gliders and motor gliders. The experienced team of instructors offer professional training to all levels of students.
The club is open on weekends and public holidays.
The Worcester Flying Club was established in 1970 and started off with only a handful of students and has since grown to become a very well known and popular club amongst visitors and locals.
