The Bathurst Agricultural Museum has on display an interesting variety of old
implements, equipment and machinery that reflect the agricultural heritage of
Bathurst. The transport section has ox-wagons, buggys, carts, and 81 vintage
tractors. Other items of interest at the museum include an old stationary steam
engine which was used up until the early 1930's for sawing, pumping and driving
Also on display is an interesting collection household antiques, dairy farming related items, and many other agricultural items, some dating back to the early British settlers.
