Located in the seaside village of Salt Rock shopping), this magnificent, architecturally designed house on the beach has stunning views of the sea and dune bush with wild aloes from all entertainment areas (lounge, entertainment lounge, dining room, kitchen, pool/patio area, upper and lower verandahs) and two of the five bedrooms. Those two (queen and double) are both en suite as is the third (two singles) which is part of a bed sit with its own separate wash up area. The remaining two rooms each have four beds in bunk style and share a bathroom. The lounge/dining room and kitchen are open plan. The kitchen has a gas oven and a large center work table/additional dining surface with a separate scullery fitted with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house has a large enclosed garden with a double garage and plenty of extra parking space and is fitted with a modern electronic security system with armed response. It overlooks a short stretch of rock pools and is fifty meters from two wonderful swimming beaches, a large tidal pool, two restaurants (one being the well known local curry restaurant, Impulse by the Sea) and a tearoom. Tinley Manor is also well known for its surfing, kite boarding and fishing spots.
