The open plan living area offers a modern kitchen (well stocked). dining room and lounge with comfortable leather furniture TV and fireplace that opens onto patio and an outside braai area. Additional luxuries are DStv included, DVD and CD PLAYER, washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge, wine fridge, microwave etc. Fly fishing equipment to try your luck as well as a pool table room that opens onto a wooden deck to enjoy. Fully fenced large garden with ample security in and around house including alarm system with armed response .

Location
The "Troll House" is situated in the most popular, easily accessible, up market area in-town. It's close to shops and located in a peaceful and safe environment. Even the spa few blocks away! GPS co-ordinates available.

In and around Dullstroom
Dullstroom is situated on the eastern escarpment and 2 hours drive from Pretoria and Johannesburg. The ideal stop over for tourists and holidaymakers on the panorama route, halfway between Johannesburg and Kruger National Park.
