| Terms Of Payment |
| 50% to secure booking. Balance before or cash on arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| Deposits are non-refundable for non-arrivals or cancellations within 30 days of arrival. 20%will be deducted from deposits if bookings are cancelled more than 31 days before date of arrival. Guests are liable for the full amount of period booked, regardless of early check out or late arrival. The owners shall not be held liable for any interruption of basic services supplied by the local council, nor for natural disasters, any occurrence beyond our control or renovations taking place at The Tides. No refunds of accommodation fees shall be made. If guests decide to check out earlier, for whatever reason, accommodation fees shall not be refunded. The owners shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any guests or visitors or their belongings due to theft, fire, natural disasters or any other cause whatsoever. Please ensure that your children and dogs do not climb on the furniture and that you clean any marks from the walls e.g. caused by little hands or feet or paws. |
| Arrival & Departure Times |
| Arrival to be arranged by owners and visitors. Departure normally 10 am unless otherwise arranged by visitor and owners. Arrival normally at noon. Could be earlier if no visitors present. |
